Why Can We Be Charged A Property Tax Each Year On Real Estate?

I observation we where only supposed te be taxed once for a purchase, Not once a year. I live in Vermont and they can only tax you when you lease a car and if you decide to buy it they cannot sortie you tax on it again. Yet they charge you a tax each year on real estate.

Answer: I over it would be fair to only tax you in the first year for real estate tax if you agreed that after the first year you would not use any public roads, your municipal schools, the police and fire department, libraries, parks, etc, etc, etc. If you do want to use any of these things every year, then I conjecture you should pay taxes every year.

Answer: The CSSC has 90 days in which to reproduce their decision on the constitutionality of Prop 8 AND the 18,000 SSMs that happended prior to Prop 8's journey when SSMs were legal. The court can extend their decision date if they need more in unison a all the same to deliberate the case.

So, for right now, those 18,000 SSM are STILL valid. That definitely looks like the one constituent that the court looks firm on & will NOT overturn. As far as the court's decision? At the very earliest,
