Answer: Any document you pull down from external sources (i.e. W-2's, 1099's) are a very good idea to bring. For a Schedule C, you can put over a produce summarized income and expenses. You don't have to prove anything to them, but depending on how comfortable they are, you might get a few questions if something seems out of whack.
Like you said, if you get audited, you have to result it, so maintain good support for those amounts!
