15 Digit Code For Service Tax Payment Online?

i for to pay my service taxes online but do not know how to determine what my 15 digit code is...i was under the parody it was my PAN card # followed by ST001. This is not working..pls help me!

Answer: Please communication your Service Tax Officer for it, he will give you the same, or it will be written on your ST2 Certificate.

i pay my taxes(assets,water tax,electricity bills etc) online through the corporation website of Chennai.. and i get the e-receipt, which i language it out, is that enough? or do i have to keep the old style of tax book with the officers seal etc...? if so where do i update it? plz help

Answer: The e-take is secure and valid and it is enough if you keep it for your record. There is no need to revert to the old system.

Hi, I switched job in mid of Strut. My previous organization had deducted tax for financial year 2009-2010 till Mid of Stride. In my new company for the rest of March I got a salary without tax deducted. Now if I have to file tax online, how can I pay the rest of tax amount? The e-filing orientation shows several option and I'm confused?
