Answer: If you had fees and paid with a ascription or debit card yes. If you had the money taken from your refund no. This is my scinerio.
I spoke to a rep @ IRS. The last digits are 15. Because we had the fees charmed out of the refund instead of paying with credit or debit card, we will be getting the inhibit mailed by may 23rd. She told me they don't send them to 3rd parties. If they tried to send it back the way my original refund was done, it would go to a 3rd celebration first and they won't

What documents should I provide along with my form 16 to get this exemptions?i used to get HRA exemption.I have fd,nd HDFC unit trusts.Pls warning.

Answer: you have not written which FY your quandary pertains to. If the return for FY 2006-07 is effected, you can file the revised return dig 31/3/2009 provided you filed return by July 2007.

In that case , prepare a crop up again (there is no need to enclose Form 16 as return from Asst yr 2007-08 is annexure less) and petition the deduction .

In case it belongs to earlier years and there is no time for revised revert, you make an application to Commissioner of Income tax (CIT)
