Answer: Depends on parish and Parliament band you are looking at. Call local council and ask them. They can tell you even if not currently living at that location or look on their web site as often councils have search engines for council tax on there.
What Are The Best Places To Live In, If You Work In Waterloo/Southwark?

We are new to London & would like to find a proper to live in (One Bedroom). These are some of the features that we look for about the place:
* Safe & nice getting on for
* Proximate to a Tube/DLR Station, Quick shopping (Tesco/ASDA...), Vegetarian Restaurants (Preferably Asian)
* Easy as pie to commute to Waterloo / Southwark
Do we need to pay any other charges (apart from Council Tax, Gas, Water, Excitement & Television) if we stay in an apartment/condominium?
Answer: I employed to live in Earlsfield. It's 10 mins on the over head train from Waterloo. No tube from there, but frankly it's a 5 min carriage to the train station, which is 3 stops from Waterloo.
Bars and restaurants aplenty in the region, and Sainsburys and a Virgin Gym down the road.
If you need the tube, there is one at Tooting Broadway.
Earlsfield is a discriminative area. It's between Tooting and Wandsworth which are not the nicest of areas, but Earlsfield
