I have received a letter from council that ask me to pay for the last 6 months of 2007.
I create that someone must have used my name because is very popular (say mr. Smith). They wrote a letter saying that I would like to generously pay someones bills.
The only intractable is that for this period of time I have not paid any tax because I have worked illegally.
