Land Appraisal: $ 99,800
Building Appraisal: $ 177,800
Total Appraisal: $ 277,600

Thorough Assessment: $ 111,040

This is a 4300 sq ft office building, I am going to use to start a city-large business. Could someone please tell me the gift tax on it?

my mate had a house fire and has fallen on hard times, the home (is paid totally off and is a all-out loss) that burnt I am buying from him for $1 and taking over full interest in it, how do I file for the deed and so forth on my own without a mouthpiece? I found out he has a 5year old daughter he has never supported.The baby has put a freeze on the property.I asked my son to give me my home back several months ago since he don't do what he promised to do.Is there anything I can do to get my home back from him.
