Ridiculous Honda Type-R Running Cost Over 5 Years.?

I might be unseemly on this but i've just done a fuel calculation on a annual fuel calculator website to see how much the Honda Civic Typeface-R would cost me. The figures I got were shocking to say the least! I do about 800 miles a month and according to the calculations i'd be putting on general about £200 a month in the car or £2400 or so a year! That means if I keep the car for 5 years it would cost me about 12.5K on petrol!!! If you then add the bills on top and the £245 per year road tax
