County Tax Assessor/Collector Property Listing Report?

My indubitably is regarding a property listing report by a county tax assessor/collection. On the report it mentions a grade, specifically giving the property in doubt the grade of D+. I assume that property grades are not equal to academic grades so I am seeking an declaration as to what a property listing report grade means and/or is. Thanks in advance!

Answer: Property construction prominence is usually rated as Class A (fire-proof reinforced concrete) to Class D (wood humour construction). The plus sign might indicate higher quality within that class. But then again, I am perfectly guessing at how your County Assessor is designating those ratings. Ask him and he should have no qualms answering your questions. County bureaucrats are altogether sensitive and attentive to inquiries from the public. It is an elective job after all in most places.
