I've been work every office in NJ, I'm starting to think their not accepting incoming calls because it always says "due to the big-hearted volume of calls, we can't take your call) I've called the very second they opened multiple times, I've been employment for weeks to no avail.

I received in the dispatch a 1099-G form from New Jersey stating my $590.00 refund from tax last year in 2007. I know for the federal tax returns, I privation to show as taxable income.
Do I need to show as my state refund from last year as taxable receipts when filing my taxes for New State this year? Please let me know.

These be sale dividends that are charged to your account during the year, somehow should be reflected as a "gain" for federal tax purposes. If I'm being taxed on dividends received / credited in the matter of long stock holdings, I wouild think the opposite would hold dutiful. I just don't where to reflect on the proper tax form. Also, how would they be handled for New Jersey tax purposes?
