What Is The Property Tax In Nevada And California?

Since I lay out on Moving to Lake Taho.. the only thing that decides the area I'm moving into is the physical Property Tax.
Exactly what is the Property Tax of Nevada? and What is the Property Tax of California? (all this will decide whether I move to South Lake Tahoe or East Lake Tahoe)

I Know There Isnt State Tax In Nevada. What About Property Taxes In Nevada?
