I'm in the course of action of purchasing a home. The house is $120,000.00 and the taxes are $3836.00 annually 100% financing @ 5.2%. It is demanded that the taxes are included in my mortgage payment, says my lender. So my question is how is it factored in...I'm contradictory by how that works. BTW, I looked at several different calculators and they all depart....

Please someone with experience reply.

Answer: It will also encompass your homeowners insurance. I'm assuming a 30-year mortgage. Principal and interest of $658.93. Tax of $319.66. Protection: I'm guessing $1,000 a year for $83.33. PMI (mortgage insurance) of $104. Total: $1,165.92.

How Much Do YOU Pay For Your Mortgage? How Much Were You Preapproved For?

I recognize this is a personal question, but it seems like something that could be helpful. I hear a lot of "how much can I get with such and such conditions", and customarily people will get pointed off to some mortgage calculator. They are helpful, but putting in the same stats I have gotten some seriously multifarious advice on what I might be able to afford on different calculators.

I am going to be setting up a union to get preapproved in the near future, and I know

Answer: This is a talented question and I hope a ton of people answer because I would also find this information invaluable. My fiance and I recently went in for a mortgage consultation, they pre approved us for $300,000 with a 10% down payment. I mutate $54,000 a year, and my fiance makes $30,000. I don't have the other information in front of me, but we have yet to decide how much of the lend we will actually use. We are in a very similar situation and are wondering how difficult it would be to manage

How Much Extra Will This Add To The Return?

I by the skin of one's teeth went to one of the tax calculators to get an estimate of our refund. Can someone help me figure out what more we can expect for these two items. IRA of 600.00 and installing liveliness efficient windows price of windows cost (not installed) was 1600. We do not have enough in deductions to detail. Only around 7000 with mortgage interest, taxes and donations.if that makes any difference.

Figures are 76716. receipts federal 8073. Married filing joint

Answer: Did you instal the windows yet? If they aren't installed, you can't take the credit yet.
If you did install the windows and they qualify for the creditation, then the cost without installation is used for the credit.

As for taxes...
$76716 - 11400 - 7300 -600 = 57416 taxable income, 7779 tax. $480 windows, $800 making travail pay, $8073 withholding, may $1574 in refund.
