Should Stimulus Funds Be Used To Allow Developers To Buy Foreclosed Houses?

Does Current Assessed Value Of Property Include Both "land" AND "improvements" And What Qualifies As Improvmts?

Ex. on my 2007 tax bill from the county assessor, it lists loam value as $854,400 and improvements as $213,600 and the percentage is taxed based on those two values combined, so if I'm padding out an application that asks what my assssed value from my tax bill is, do I add those two amounts?

Also, I never did 213K worth of improvements, so how do they take place up with that value?

A Relative Of Mine "Joe" Bought A House For A Family Friend "Susy" About 4 Yrs Ago..?

Well Joe recently recieved a condolence card from the county assessor of Los angeles, asking joe to state his "Primary" Residence. When Joe bought this home ground for Susy, Joe was the only one on this loan and stated it as his Primary residenc, but he lives in a another home about 30 miles from Susy's composed. Now Susy wants to refi and now that Joe sent this card back stating his Primary Estate is and has always been his first home (not the home he bought for Susy).....my question is

Answer: When apartment complexes are foreclosed on the bank hires a manageress, or keeps the old one. You did not hear about an ownership change because it did not matter, you are not effected. The same issue is managing for the bank as managed for the previous owner. There was no illegal fee, blah blah blah.

The owners were never responsible for the deposit, it was and still is, the managing companies big problem. You sue them, as a business, not a person.
