How Many Times Can You File A Tax Extension With The IRS?

I owed a bit of affluent after this past years taxes, didn't have it, and filed a 120 day extension with the IRS. I finally got everything all set so that I would be qualified to afford save and pay my taxes the first two weeks of the month of November. Then I was fired from my job at the end of October, and well that doubtlessly puts a little kink in my plans. My questions is, can I file a second extension or do they only permit one extension?
I'm sorry, I already filed. I just haven't

Answer: the extension you file in April for kick into touch until Oct is the only extension available and you are required to pay what you anticipate you owe with the extension
since you did not do this, if you had filed on the Oct. deadline it would not have been recognized because you did not pay in April, not paying makes the extension null and void

If I Overpay My Taxes When Filing For An IRS Tax Extension, How Do I Get Back Difference?

I may have to row an extension this year if I do not get all the forms I require (I own MLPs and REITs). Some of them have notified me that they will be late..though I don't positive how late. Assuming I overpay what I will owe them, how do I get back the modification? Is there a place for
