IRS Back Tax Relief Attorney?

I keep seeing these commercials making the people on them look like the sap of IRS harassment and sympathizing with them. Aren't they in that situation because they blatantly disregarded filing their taxes? How does the program/Queen's help work?

Answer: The IRS does have a program where it is practical in LIMITED circumstances to settle for less than you owe. However those ads on TV are less than honest and in some cases outright fraudulent. They flunk to mention than only around 20% of all OICs are ever approved or that the IRS has up to two years to consider an OIC. My Friend Did Not Pay The IRS Her Back Taxes? What Will The IRS Do If She Never Pays?

My moll owes the IRS back taxes. She doesn't think the IRS will do anything to her so she is not going to pay them. She saw Tom Dashel on the television and he only payed his back taxes because he was management for an office. She believes she can get away with it also.

Answer: when your compeer starts receiving IRS balance due notices and she ignores them, then IRS has no choice but to garnish her wages, levy her bank account, and embarrass liens. Not a smart Idea to ignore IRS.

We have hired a law firm to past with the IRS as she does not have the means to pay.She recently heard of a person (a friend of a friend) that found out after some exploration, that they are not liable because they are over 65 and make under either 24k or 26k per year. However, my mom's attorney's (who only deal with the IRS) neglected to imply this, so I'm not sure if it's true. Possibly the law firm knows this and

Answer: Whoever that twist is, is no friend. They have totally incorrect information about being over 65 and making under either 24k or 26k and having no tax onus. What your mother could have as income and pay no tax, is the following. Single person - Standard deduction of $5,350, age 65 or older - additional diminution - $1,300, Personal exemption - $3,400. I Need A Loan For 2 Million To Pay Off IRS Back Taxes. Is This Possible?

Old taxes from years ago but IRS is getting nervous for the money. I own a business that is doing well and do not owe any current taxes. Just want them off my back. All being well we can compromise on a settlement.

Answer: Inescapable it's possible. What do you have for collateral? If the collateral is more than $2 million, then there should be no problem at borrowing from a bank. If the collateral is less than $2 million, then all I have to say is secure luck.
