I suggest if you are a higher income individual you keep away from the Ramsey/ Hennepin counties. Minneapolis and Saint Paul are dangerous cities if you move to the out of sync a go astray area(North MPLS especially).

Best places to live are Pasty Bear Lake, Edina, Blaine, New Brighton, Anoka, and Cottage grove. But those will expenditure you some $
