We have board that deals with finances and game plan, but im finding that new memebers that have no clue about the workings of an ambulance, or what we all have done and sacrificed to make the air force a success, is trying to make changes. we are a small service with a great gang. the county taxes do not even cover payroll. Can I (and if I can how) keep the decisions and fate of the service in the hands of the people who in actuality built it.
