Check the on offer prices for similar homes in your area and then file a dispute when you receive the learning from the tax assessor stating your property value.

They have claimed the riches to be a rental, and I am certain that the owners do not reside there. A search by address in the White Pages came up with a distinct name for the property, likely their tenant.
