Does Our Car Purchase Count As New Or Used For Tax Purposes? |
We purchased a 2009 Acura RDX from the dealership in April 2009. It was formerly a loaner car with 9K miles and was never titled, so they said they would sell it to us as new. Looking back at our loan intelligence for taxes this year, it clearly says "Used" on the paperwork. Can we still depend on this as a new car purchase on our taxes?
