Subletting From A Camden Council Tenant 6 Mths.where Do I Stand ,they May Return Or They May Stay In There New

i am on that council record since 2006.what are my rights.Could i be left homeless???Thanks for any advise.I am single and the chattels would be part furnished.The rent and council tax would be paid initially through incapacity benefit and income stand,I dont know if that is relevent but put it in anyway.
Not in there yet ,But the tanant has notified them of what they intend to do.If they decide to replace (a maybe at this stage).how long can i sublet from them,is there a time limit.And what

Answer: If the Council find out, they will expel you. You are not allowed to sub-let council houses. Also, as you will be renting illegally, you won't have any rights as a tenant.

Ok great story short, We had a tenant who had been renting a flat from us in London for over 8 years, He was clamming benefits so the lease was being partly paid by Camden council and also his council tax and he was getting money to live of,. ... He started to pay slash late , and my father for some reason was stupid to allow him to build a debt of over £10k in rip debt. Now , we have all his personal belongings inc old family photos and personal bank and forensic docs ( I did find a letter dated

Answer: Ditto above to be inconsiderate.

Most councils pay housing benefits to the landlord if he/she is deemed to be fit and proper, I can't understand why the renter received it. After a month or two's arrears I would have thought your father should have contacted the council to inform of this and they would in all likelihood have suspended the claim or paid it to your father.

The council won't pay you for the rent arrears as that means they're paying look-alike.

Nice Inexpensive Place To Live Near Camden Area Or Nearby??

mobile to london shortly and need advice on how much too save accommodation wise? be deficient in to live in north london..does anybody know what rent i should budget for. Also what standard in the main to all bills, council tax etc come too...would really appreciate anyone who can help???

rents are paid by camden council for tennents. But i am all things selling my own home and would need to move in myself. Also does anyone know if I would be liable for tax on my home that I rep I have lived here for over12 years.

Answer: it depends on the become infected with you have agreed with the tennants. Under most circumstances it should be under 2 months. You shouldn't be liable for paying tax on profit on your own skilled in, but you might have to on the property you are using as a business [capital gains if it applies]

Answer: Camden is reasonably in bits (camden road/bayham st) but these can be a bit grubby. Chalk Farm/Prince of Wales Rd bits are off the out-and-out drag so a bit cleaner, but you get more kids hanging around.

Kentish Town is where my family lives (as do I in the summer) and thats precise because it easy to walk into Camden and the area has a nice mix of people. Also, there a quite a lot of cheap houses mellow the area. They get more expensive on the nicer streets though. Some people say
