Tax collectors,
County Administrators,
Sheriffs offices,
Appraisal Districts...

What to ask:
What contuct the auction?
What are the minimum bids?
Where and when auction starts? Ask for painstaking time.
and most important WHY are they selling tax liens?
 
 

How To Buy Tax Lien Property In NJ.?

The feature has a tax lien of $10000. I have been able to get the name of the tax lien holder. Now what do I have to do to buy that property? Will the lien holder sell it for$10000?


Answer: NJ tax liens are not merely or fast. First the property owner has the right to pay off the lien for several years (as I remember). Then the person holding the lien gets first smash at the property. Mean while the lien holder is getting interest on the money, so $10,000 is getting interest. Break your county's web site re. tax liens info (county assessor). If the property is usefulness more than $10,000, why would the lien holder sell it to you for $10,000?

Hi, I simply saw an infomercial on the TV about tax lien certificates. I am not going to waste my money on the how-to guide but how do I find a list of tax liens that I can buy? Do I have to explosive in the area where I buy the tax lien. Like, say I live in Vermont but want to buy a tax lien in Kansas, is that allow or no? Thanks! :)
