2008 IRS Tax Rebate.Please Help Me Figure Out If Ill Get Anything...?

I am 20 yrs old, had a job in 2007 and filed a tax proffer. I made less then $3000 in income though, and i am Dependant on my parents.. ...does this mean that i get nothing from the tax rebate? Or if i do, can you please spill one's guts me how much?

Answer: You get nothing, only under 17 dependends get it depressing :(

About The 2008 IRS Tax Rebate Checks?

How do you get one? I'm in the avenge income bracket, and I've already filed my taxes for 2007.
I read that they will be mailed out in May and take about 10 weeks to be completed but how do they conscious my address? The address on all my tax paper work will be wrong by then. I'm in the military and we're moving in 2 weeks!!! What should I do? Do you have to specifically use or ask for this rebate check ?? I'm so confused, thanks for helping clear this up!

Answer: Send a behaviour 8822 to the IRS to change your address. The rebate will be automatic if you filed a tax return, you don't have to apply for it one at a time.

I am a free woman with no children and my adjusted gross income is 12,766. Am i eligible for the irs 2008 tax rebate checks that are customary to be given out in may?? If so how, much? This is all to confusing for me.

Answer: You are set to make $600 according to the Statements i have heard about this in the news. The last I heard, the Rebate Check will be mailed out in May..
